[Git 폴더 생성] github에서 폴더 생성하는 방법

git web browser interface를 통해 repository안에 새로운 폴더를 생성하는 방법

1. 우측 상단에 Add file 클릭 > Create new file 클릭

 

2. '/' 구분자를 이용해 폴더이름, 파일이름 type

❗❗ 중요한 점

• github에서는 빈 폴더를 생성할 수 없다 (cannot create empty folder)
• 그렇기 때문에 폴더이름을 치고 '/' 구분자를 쳐준 후, 생성할 파일 이름까지 쳐줘야 한다 (생성할 파일 없으시면 그냥 readme.md 를 치세요)
